I can access CP via IP, can't access via domain

I had install vestacp on my vps (centos), I able to access the control panel via my ip

eg http://xx.xx.xx.xx:8083

unfortunately, when I try to login via domain

eg. http://domain.com:8083

it like keep spinning and page does not load at all.

Any idea how to fix this?

If you log into vesta via IP address, access the server logs.
They should provide some clarity on the problem. Perhaps post the errors so someone can read them to help you more specifically.
