Hi,
Just testing VestaCP, here are my opinion to make VestaCP more easier to use:
1. User and Web: these must not separate, make it as 1. so in this list we can see directly username and domain name
2. Webmail: List email on CPanel has Webmail button when I click then open webmail w/o need to enter Username and Password
3. PHPMyadmin: same as Webmail, I need direct open w/o Username and Password
4. Backup:
a. no interface to choose the day, weekly, monhtly.
b. backup to certain folder/destination local or external
c. retain 5 backups for example

VestaCP developer need more time to see CPanel features, anyway this is a good panel but not as simple as CPanel.

I think vesta is more inspired by DirectAdmin than CPanel.

I have found this useful in CPanel. Seems like you could do it with a plugin, and dovecot's master user.

a. You can set this in the cron interface, Day of Week field
b. I believe choice of backup folder is on the list of features to implement. You can do offsite backup already if you look under Server > Configure > Backup. (from memory. Somewhere in there anyway)
c. You can set the number of backups in Packages.

Certainly sugestions nr 2 and 3 would be great to see. Many users have several email accounts, under several domains, and it would be great to simply click on a button in Vesta Control Panel and get logged in to Webmail, without the need to write the login details manualy. And same for PHPMyadmin. (But at this time VestaCp is not able to correctly configure Webmail and PHPMyadmin under Ubuntu 18.04. This two services have to be manualy configured when installing Vestacp in Ubuntu 18.04, to get them to work, so, I doubt it will be done)

As for USER and WEB, it is great the way it is. Putting them all togheter is no sense for us, since USER menu has lots of important info, that is better to not get mixed with other things, that will only make user distracted and ask time consuming cuestions to suport staff. Just saying keep it simple, it's better.

And Backup, certainly it can already be done everything you ask for, just you have to do it in diferent menus, so it would be a great improvement to manage all the Backup details in one single place. Only admin can change backup time and folder, it would be great to let each user adjust this to his own needs, of course in the limits the admin puts to the number of backups.
