ubuntu main domain error

I installed vestacp on the Ubuntu server.

I created the ns record according to the domaine server ip address to use and entered dns values.

I also updated the dns values with the values I entered in the domain.

But I could not access the site somehow. When I checked over intodns it was showing errors. Most recently, I entered a * .domainaddress for domain A in the Dns settings section of the Vesta panel. In this way, I was able to access the site.

Then I've defined the subdomain I'm going to use, but I can't access the subdomain.

I also entered an A record in the form of main domaine subdomain.domainadress.com, but it did not.

I also want to add let's encrypt to this subdomaine "Let's Encrypt validation status 400" error gives. SSL is active in the main domain.

I can add another domain. I can add a subdomain to the domain I added. I access both sites and do not receive an error message.

I could not understand why I encountered such problems in the main domain. what could be the problem?
