Vesta not create database user on remote database

Hello.

I am using mariadb on ubuntu 18.04. I will transfer DB phpmyadmin to it.
In vestacp, when creating a database, only databases are created, but the user is not created.
There is nothing in the logs.

Any ideas?

Hey any1 found a solution to this? im using a VestaCP in a AWS Lightsail, and i want it to manage my RSD Mysql, it creates the database but not the user =(
