multi drive

Hi all,
So the server I have Vesta on has 2, 2TB drives. Currently with no raid support enabled.
Is there any way of asking Vesta to use both drives? Preferably without having to re-install anything.
Thanks,
Chris

With mdadm you can build software RAID.
I suggest RAID 1

With RAID 1, that just gives me 2 identical copies right? While that could be great in a hardware failure doesn't really allow me to 'use' the second drive as more space which is what I wanted to do.

I was more hoping of a way I could put some accounts on drive 1 some on drive 2.

This is impossible.
RAID1 is better solution.
Both disks are mirror images.

If one failure, then all data with all accounts stil will be correct on second.

Could You tell us how?

1) What about paths in dovecot / exim?
2) What about DOCUMENT_ROOT paths?

As we know we can manual change document_root for www, but this is a temporary change.
With exim / dovecot - this is not simple because they not have vhosts so we could not change path to ~/conf and ~/mail for each users?

RAID is better protection for data and availibity. We eliminate storage spof (Single Point Of Failure).
