Deinstall ISPmanager 5 Lite and install VESTA

I have ISPmanager 5 Lite installed on my VPS, Ubuntu 18.
I would like to completely deinstall ISPmanager 5 Lite and install VESTA.
Please advice how to deinstall ISPmanager via PuTTY.

It is recommended to reinstall the server, since it leaves broken packages the uninstallation.
