Can we get any official response so we may migrate or is there a need for funds? Anything news will help please.

Well, as project seems dead, if not move to a fork, should we migrate to another panel?
As soon as possible.

This makes sense! But, does sticking to one build reduce reach extensively? In dynamic software world, that could prove very detrimental.
Agreed. That is the main point to understand as software world won't wait for any one.

Are you still naively hoping for something?
The project began to die almost two years ago.Even two years ago when there was a massive hack into this panel, only a security fix was released and that was it.Support for debian 10 was promised 4 months ago, but it has not been done so far.
Selector PCP is still out of the box no.Although it was promised many years ago.A lot of what has been promised and not done.
I have been with this panel for several years.
But the panel is frankly R.I.P.

Sadly, but I must agree with you.
Time to move to forks.
Both https://www.myvestacp.com/ and https://www.hestiacp.com/ have PHP Selector and Debian10 support.

Why everybody's saying this project is dead? It still has many commits done and the latest is 3 days ago. Bought the File Manager and I love the File Manager. So, I must fight to keep this project going on.

Because latest commit from core developer is from September 2019.
Latest build was also in September 2019 (so latest security fixes ARE NOT included)

Did you take a look who made all security fixes and bugfixes in last 10 months ?

It is dpeca, he is the one maintaining myvestacp, it looks like he keeps it in sync. I love this project, but I am migrating away in a few days, you can try Keyhelp, it's a wonderful panel with lots of great features. It only works in Debian and Ubuntu, support for Ubuntu 20.04 is in closed beta, and coming soon. I wish vestacp the best!

If you only use debian/ubuntu you can also checkout Hestia, Ubuntu 20.04 support will be added on monday (29th), a long with a few new features including filemanager, ssh key management and much more.

Also we do currently big steps forward with CentOS Support, it will probaly come with the next Feature release (1.3.0), no eta yet.

You'll find a detailed changelog here: https://github.com/hestiacp/hestiacp/bl ... ANGELOG.md

Also a demo is online available: https://demo.hestiacp.com:8083
