I bought a VPS from vps dime. My php version is 7.4 now I need to upgrade it following this tutorial

my question is how do I know if my current settings is weather apache + nginx or php + nginx I mean after upgrade which should I bind to which

If you already have php 7.4, why you need update php version?
You need some multiple php solution?
