Lets Encrypt - ACMEv2
Lets Encrypt - ACMEv2
I am using this script letsencrypt-vesta
https://github.com/interbrite/letsencrypt-vesta
But i receive an email fro Lets Encrypt that:
On June 1, 2021, you will no longer be able to renew your certificates using
ACMEv1. You should upgrade to an ACMEv2 compatible client before then, or
certificate issuance will fail. For most people, simply upgrading to the
latest version of your existing client will suffice. You can view the client
list at: https://letsencrypt.org/docs/client-options/
Someone has updated or fix the script to work on ACMEv2?
Regards,
Javier

Re: Lets Encrypt - ACMEv2
If you are already using Let’s Encrypt you may need to update your certbot client software (that gets the ssl certs) as only the newer clients support the ACME v2 protocol which is needed for Wildcard Certificates.
You also need to have access to change the DNS information for domain name as Letsencrypt wildcard certs are only issued via the DNS-01 challenge type ( website )
If you are installing LE SSL certificates via a control panel like cpanel, you need to check that hte cpanel extension supports ACME v2 and wildcard certs.
