Error: Let's Encrypt validation status

I have a problem on one of the newly created websites i just transferred from another hosting into VestaCP i can't create Let's Encrypt certificate in Vesta panel or on that server.
I looked up at multiple solutions on this forum and none of them working, even when i try to use the command from SSH creating certificate doesn't work. I get the error mentioned above in the title. From Control panel i get error 15
