VestaCP installation Stuck in between on CentOS7

I tried several times but vestacp installation stuck in between, I guess there is some issues with VestaCP

i think vestacp is dead or diing.

Yes, Same Many of the Servers are facing issues after the restart, When I try to install Power MTA after VestCP and then restart the server then sometimes Apache, Sometime Nginx & Sometimes MariaDB stopped working
