SSL not enabled when updating VestaCP 1.0.0

When updating VestaCP 1.0, SSL failed to enable. Everyone help to fix it.

I'm starting testing with version 1.0 now.

It will be the first test I'm going to perform and depending on the results I'll put it here.

I'm still using version 0.9.8. on production servers.
