I left my website for a few month and it was perfectly working when I left it, when I tried to come back today I got :
NO LANGUAGE DEFINED
The website is not working as well even if I restart my server, how do I fix that please ?

Is my problem because vda 1 is taking all the space disk in my server ?
If thats where the problem is coming from then how can I clean it up ?

Yes, most likely the problem is because you are using 100% of the disk.
Try deleting old log files (located in /var/log) and also unnecessary files in /home.
If you don't have sysadmin experience, then I recommend that you hire an experienced person.
