Entering a new password after using the password reset still does not work

Hello to all of you on the forum. I have a problem, I found that I can't log in my vestacp control panel right now. Because I keep getting notified of "invalid username and password". I have tried sending a password reset email and using v-change-user-password in an SSH session to reset my password. However, after the reset, when I enter a new password, I am still told "invalid username and password". What can I do to fix it? Thank you.
