Vesta Control Panel - Forum

Hello,

I'm an old user of ISPConfig and i'm testing your panel on my dev-vm, seems really amazing !

I've two questions :
- when i send the login credentials to the user email address, the url to access Vesta is the ip of my vm. I assigned a domain to this ip in the "adress ip editing", ticked "shared ip", but it doesn't change anything.

- I have two users : testuser1 and testuser2.
when i send an e-mail with my testuser2 using Roudcube, I receive the mail but in the source I see - Using rssh/sftp, I want to jail automatically users in their home directory. But each user in Vesta Panel is a different user in centos. So i have to jail manually the users. I missed something ? Maybe a group for all users created by vesta in centos ?

i use : centos 6.4 x64 on a vz container

1. Hostname in email is pulled out from the address bar in your browser. If you want to send other address then login to vesta on that ip or domain and then create user as usual.

2. Same with the webmail. Domain in browser address bar important. Login domain.tld/webmail and then send email again.

3. rssh jails are not supported in this version, but this functionality can appear very soon.
