Bug Report System and Roadmap System

I agree that a bug report and roadmap system needs to be in place so that as this script is open-source developers can work for mod's or additionial features without worry of another developer doing such. As well as allows numerous developers to find solutions to bug's or trouble tickets. Since this program is open source it only make sense to include the community aspect which would require a bug report and roadmap system.

As I myself have PHP knowledge and would love to assist in certain aspects, including beta testings and bug/ticket resolution. As I'm sure many others would love to-do.
