How to renew Certificate?

Hello,
How to renew control panel certificate? Mine has expired two days ago thus causing error 502 Bad Gateway when accessing port 8083.
And How can I make it last for years not one year?

I guess no problem with NGINX as the site loads fine when accessing http.

Well, actually error 502 is not caused by an expired certificate.
There is a problem with NGINX for sure. I admit that.
Beforehand my server was showing error 502 and I couldn't log in. After the server was restarted, I can log into VestaCP.
No problem with the expired certificate.
Anyway, I have renew the certificate using Certificate generator from the admin panel.
