Hi, how is it that supposedly a site that's supposed to be another user's (directory?) was used to another user?
Pardon my explanation.

As you can see, cross.sg and definingchapters.com are different domains and are from different users.
Why is it so that when I go to definingchapters.com, it shows the site of cross.sg?

I think you installed one or the other domain to the default (account) directory.

I've checked that I'm logged in via admin's account (definingchapters.com) and uploaded to the correct site.
and I've also verified that user's account (cross.sg) public_html was empty.

DNS are not managed by VestaCP but 3rd party provider like Godaddy.

Today I reproduced your error.

I created a new hosting account, then uploaded the site, but whatever I did default vesta page was showing..

Then I noticed something.. nginx support was not enabled for the hosting account (it was always enabled and I dont know how it was disabled) see the attachment

after I enabled nginx support and restart the server (restart is very important) everything worked.



go to edit and enable nginx support and then restart the server and please write down here if it works.
