WHMCS problem

I have a problem with the domain not beeing active on the vestacp when i accept the order in WHMCS,
the user and domain seems to be setup correctly, but i still cant access it through www.domain.tld im just redericted to main domain of server, the config looks ok too.
it seems if i restart apache it works, anyony knows how to fix? im ushing FCGID and standard nginx template.
