Integrate whmcs + vesta

Good day to all:
I just installed the plugin to integrate with whmcs vesta, as indicated in the documentation, copy the file and take the modules folder (as I did), my question is: Is that all ?.
I'm in whmcs and do not know how to create the services, whether they are linked to the packet I have in vesta. I already did the test and nothing.
So my question, I must be missing something set, I hope you can help me.
