3 IPs, 4 Users

I have a bit of a dilemma on my new webhost. I set up VestaCP to use instead of another panel like Cpanel, and so far I like it. I've only had one problem so far, but it's a big of a major one.

I have 3 IP addresses on this host, and I have 4 users set up. The main admin user account is just for administering and major changes, while the 3 other user accounts are intended to use the hosting itself. I have set up all the preliminary domains and DNS records under the admin user, and I was able to distribute the IPs to user #2 and user #3 to use for future domains.

When I attempted to set the main IP (where I'm hosting VestaCP) to user #4, I was unable. Furthermore, under this user's account, I cannot setup a new web domain without having an IP present.

I want all the IPs to be dedicated, as I don't want individual users to use other IPs for their accounts. But I want user #4 to have the ability to create more domains for themselves.

How do I assign the main IP to user #4 without destroying the domains I already set up? VestaCP doesn't want to let me change IP owners when they have domains created.

You might have to do this manually if it doesn't let you do it. the fastest thing you could do is back up everything del the domains set it up like you want it and reload from backups.
