Nginx Error 99 Won't Start IP Creation in CP - High Priority

Long story short, I created an IP in the control panel that is my WAN IP address. Since then, nothing works, Nginx and Apache won't start, and I get this Nginx error in the log:
Exactly this is happening to me. However, the guy's suggestion did not fix the problem. The problem is tied around the IP I created for the control panel being my own WAN IP. It won't let me delete it either, I get an error saying it's being used which it is not, and I can only access the control panel from the server web browser itself.
Running Ubuntu 14.04
Code: Select all
Starting nginx: [emerg]: bind() to <My IP> failed (99: Cannot assign requested address)
