-1 People Using IP Address?

The control panel shows that -1 people are using the IP address when as a matter of fact there is 0. When I assign the IP to a domain, then it goes to 0. I can't delete the IP because when it's at 0 someone is using it but when it's at -1 it gives me:

Error: $U_WEB_DOMAINS is not empty = -1

Vesta Cp -> Click IP tab - > Toggle all or just the one IP in question -> Reread ips
