Vesta Control Panel - Forum

Hi I am new to this.

I created have a VPS where you install Ubuntu 14.04 x64, in this I have installed Vesta. I want to know how can I improve the safety of this and update packages like php or mysql.

sudo apt-get update will get you there on updates, but you might want to read up on Ubuntu server hardening. Updating is not enough.
