vesta account backup - passwd

when doing vesta account backup.. and restoring in another server... the mysql and ftp pass dont work anymore.
I need re setup the pass in panel....

why?

how to backup everything correctly ?

This abnormal behavior.
Need details - system logs / more info about your system.

Hi... I think this.. normal... because... I am using vestacp in 20+ servers.... and behavior is the same =/
never mysql passwd is restored correctly... this is very important

Hmm, I have a little less servers, but recovery was always correct - in the part of ftp/mysql password too.

Try to look into archive - what's with files?
What's in logs, may be errors?

what informations you need see ?

the backup and restore are ok... less passwd for everything ... mail, ftp, database /=
