Is professional support dead?

I had a problem with my mailaccounts within vestacp/exim4.

So I bought a ticket for occasional professional support on Aug 18th, 2015 and made a request. Till now (2 1/2 weeks later) I didn't hear anything from the support team.

I'm very disappointed, since we started with vestacp, which was in our opinion one of the best cps!

So, I'm seriously asking, quo vadis Vestacp??? Are you still alive? Do I have to change the CP, because Vesta itself will be dead? The last release was sceduled on june, but till now we do not have any upgrade?

I would prefer to hear an answer from the VestaCP-Team.

I have the same concern before i really consider moving to VestaCP. The last commit is from 24.06.2015. So for ~1.5months there is no Activity. Is there a possiblity Sergey took some vacation time?

If professional support don't respond to tickect, i think we deserve detailed explanation.

Does vesta alive?
Will it be continued?
Why doesn't Serghey come and say anything?
Why there is no activity on github for months?
Do we have to consider moving on another panel?

Honestly, anyone can answer these questions? We love vesta but we have to know that we can have a future with vesta...

Yes, vestacp in active development
Will it be continued?
We are working under new release now (0.9.8-15)
Why doesn't Serghey come and say anything?
Because Serghey and all our team are very busy now. We are working under new release.
Why there is no activity on github for months?
We are working on our test servers, so you cant see activity on github

Why are you keep asking us about it?
We have a lot of work, please do not distract us on it.

*Now we are fixing bugs of new installer for Debian 8/7 after testing
*The file Manager is being prepared for testing

Thank you for your answer imperio. We are asking becouse we don't know whats going on. You can tell us about development and testing time by time so we don't need to ask anything.

But we have consern about our feature with vesta. On the other hand, if you need help to be fast all of us will be willing to help. Vesta team can just ask for this. Believe that we can support vesta by every chance.

All we need is to hear whats going on. You can publish roadmap (but real one. with real deadlines.) you can use milestones etc..

Thanks anyway. Glad to hear something about developments..
