How to turn off Last Name field

Hello. Tell me please: how to turn off First Name, Last Name, email fields on "add user" dialog?

/usr/local/vesta/web/templates/admin/add_user.html
/usr/local/vesta/web/templates/admin/edit_user.html
Change templates, remove what you want. Be happy :)
