Hello! Tell me please, how i can upgrade or new install vestacp+PHP7+Ngnix+Mysql5.6
maybe you have manual or detail instruction how build this construction.

Well, there is no complete instruction for this.
But you can install VestaCP and then upgrade modules by yourself - by repo or compiled from source soft.
