Question before the update - the update process overwrites the configuration files?

Hello, I plan to update the panel to the latest version, but my current setup is modified as follows:
1. I have Nginx removed manually after first panel installation. http://vestacp.com/docs/#how-to-remove- ... ian-ubuntu
2. I have my custom values in php.ini (/etc/php5/apache2/php.ini)
3. I have my custom values in /etc/mysql/my.cnf
4. I have custom "session" folder for each virtual server. Location: (/home/userxyz/web/mydomain.xyz/sessions/)
My question is, the update process will overwrite those settings?
(Ubuntu 14.04)
