Good morning

I'd like to know if there is any way to access the folder of the virtual host in apache until the domain is activated.

For example:

http://public_ip/mydomain.com/public_html

You can use .htaccess file for it.

Yes, I would like to access while DNS is in progress.

Direct Admin let you access in

Serverip/~domain.com/public_html

Good Idea, every web page should have internal url.

If you using Windows on your computer, you can use hosts file for this
