Wildcard SSL Issues (Common name)

So, generating a SSL in the web area wild card domains are not allowed under the common name. Is there a way to fix this?

Error: domain *.domain.com is not valid

Where can i modify the error checking in SSL to add support for wild card ssl generation in the common name?

I suggest to generate each SSL for each domain. I believe we can also generate wildcard SSL but not within the panel.

Please correct me.
