FTP timing out issues..

- Running CentOS 6
- vsftpd
- Setup SSL / TLS

I can't upload files in FTP, It times out after trying to upload a single file. (Note that I'm trying to upload a forum script that's only 25.7MB) however providing my FTP account with SSH bash access then i can upload files perfectly fine over SFTP.

So how do i fix FTP?

I will NOT do this, viewtopic.php?f=10&t=4438#p8822 because even if that does work that defeats the purpose.

and viewtopic.php?f=11&t=6522#p19179 did not work.

any and all help is appreciated.
I'm sick of scouring through Google trying to find a solution...

Thanks guys, Spent the last hour and a half or 2 hours trying to fix it..

Try use different modes: active or passive.

Show us logs, may be there is key to solve problem. And check again firewall rules, please.
