change the Proxy Template NGINX fails to start

I changed the Proxy Template, then nginx will not start, it seems to be a BUG
I'm using official ISO and digitalocean has this problem
System: centos6.7 and debian8.3 x64

Check log files. /var/log
Try to find out why nginx isn't starting.
You can use the nginx configtest tool to check the configs.
/etc/init.d/nginx configtest

I deleted "/etc/nginx/conf.d/01_caching_pool.conf" can start nginx.
