Server Technology is visible in Ubuntu 14.04:

Technology : PHP/5.5.9-1ubuntu4.17

How to disable?

Changed /etc/apache2/conf-enabled/security.conf and change ServerTokens OS to ServerTokens Prod. But not work. :-(
