Vesta Admin: 504 Gateway Time-out

My VPS (wp1.dekyfinweb.com) is currently hosting 10 domains which are all functional and active. I am however unable to access the Vesta admin on (mydomain:8083). I get an error 504 Gateway Time-out nginx

The server is running Vesta with nginx + php-fpm
