Subdomain per User as default

is there a way to set a standard domain per user and turn off the ability to add domains?
i want all users to have only access to a single subdomain, like {username}.mydomain.com
(my guess is that i just need to copy the phpfcgi template and hardcode the domain but I rather ask here)

Well, yes I think the best way is to modify template or create new one. You can also change the package to limit number of web domains.
