While i try to install vestacp on my ubuntu vps i get following error... Please help me.....!!!

No problem in ubuntu 16.04 i upgraded to latest version of vesta this morning.

i tried this command (v-update-sys-vesta-all) to update but it got failed in web panel and in putty as well.

I want to update the core package, as it is old 0.9.8 Release:17. Please guide me how do i update it. I am with ubuntu 16.04.2. I am not good with CLI commands.

I changed port to 8089. the admin panel opened. But the phpmyadmin does not opens.
