NGINX PHPFPM SSL ISSUE

nginx+phpfpm7 debian 9
trying to install lets encrypt ssl support
checking the boxes 'SSL Support' ' Lets Encrypt Support'
getting ssl certificate ... nginx restarting and....... nothing. nginx couldnt start
