This site can’t be reached (refused to connect.)

Hello,

I have a website example.com installed on CenOS7 running apache + ngnix on Vesta.
I have even enable SSL when adding web in vesta.
The problem is that I am not able to access website on HTTPS version.
for example,
example.com is working but when added https then it give error
