Caching Proxy Template Causing Redirect Issue on Firefox

I have the following setup:
- OS Where VestaCP is Installed: Ubuntu 16.04Ubuntu 16.04
- VestaCP: 0.9.8.23
- Browser Used: Firefox 65.0.1 (64-bit)
- OS Used: Linuxmint 19

The Problem:

Redirect error, both on Chrome and Firefox:

Code: Select all

Firefox throws an error:
The page isn’t redirecting properly

An error occurred during a connection to mytest.site.

This problem can sometimes be caused by disabling or refusing to accept cookies.

Chrome Error:

Code: Select all

Try clearing your cookies.
ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS

The Setup:

The test site is running OpenCart 3.0.2.0, using apache2 with nginx as caching proxy. When selected, that's the time it throws the redirect error.

How to troubleshoot this issue? Is it a known issue?

Switching back the Nginx Proxy Template to Hosting gets rid of the issue.

Note:Tried with https force redirect and non-https redirect. Problem is the same.

Any help and ideas will be appreciated.

check your .htaccess

I have the same error after enable template caching. And I use Opencart also. There's no redirect in .htaccess.
