apache / nginx broken. configs are encrypted

apache / nginx broken. configs are encrypted
hi there,
Today i have a problem with mine webserver and everything that runs on apache or nginx.. one of the websites gets the error webserver down. okay i checked the other website all are down. i logged in on my vm to check what is going on and apache2 and nginx won't start because all they cannot find the configs because they are encrypted. i don't know how but they are :(
pretty much the hole system is encrypted. log files are deleted. I don't know what is happend.

problem is on mine side.
An asshole hacked mine vm and encrypted everything. i don't know how he did that but pretty much everything is gone. where can i find the database storage?
