LetsEncrypt error 15

Good day!

I've tried adding a website for a user called KKYCreative but when I try to enable SSL Support using LetsEncrypt I get an error 15

I've tried turning proxy support off and on as the user but that made no difference.

I then tried adding the domain using v-add-letsencrypt-domain and got the following error:

What makes this install even more interesting is that if I browse the domain using https I get the cert for another domain on another user's account.

Any insight, suggestions or even sympathy would be much appreciated.

in /etc/ssl/openssl.conf
