My GCP VM crashed & Vesta CP Setup.. Need Help Please!

my server on gcp recently crashed with my vestacp installations and files, was able to create a screenshoot of my vm disk which i used to create another vm instance which i can now ssh into, but my vesta cp setup on old instance wouldn't load on new instance running on the Debian OS. Was wondering if you could help guide on how to fix this issue, am really frustrated, i need your help.
