Apache Slow Down Again & Again

My VPS Apache getting slow again and again and all websites down. Vestacp working fine and very speedy as usual. when i restart Apache its starting working fine and speedy. My Vestacp VPS have more then 500 domains and all was working fine. Now from one week i am getting this error. Below is my server information.


Operating System CentOS Linux 7 (Core) x64
RAM: 40GB
CPU Model Intel(R) Xeon(R)
