VestaCP + Cloudflare Flexible SSL > Connection refused

Hello everyone,
I'm busy transfering all my applications to a self hosted VestaCP setup and I'm running into a bit of trouble.
For an application I have 1 webhook, this service (Telegram bot) requires that it is served over HTTPS. To do this I'm using Cloudflare (all my data are going via Cloudflare) flexible SSL. (This means, Between the user and CF there is a SSL connection, but between CF and my server not)
Also, I'm not using Nginx. I'm serving everything over Apache. (Because I'm mostly running Laravel or Lumen apps and I don't want to get into the trouble of .htaccess that aren't working like they should)
The problem: Because of some reason HTTP works, but HTTPS doesn't. The weirdest part is that HTTPS works without any problem on another site.
The error:
Does anyone can help me? I have no idea where to look anymore.
Thanks everyone!
