Is there a way of installing older versions of Vestacp instead of installing the latest current one?

I would like to install an older version of vestacp. I want version Version 0.9.8-14. But using the install instructions it installs Version 0.9.8-15, the latest current version. It appears that Version 0.9.8-15 has bugs and problems sending outgoing mail on my linux rhel centos 6 servers. My server was working just fine on older Version 0.9.8-14. But when I upgraded it to version Version 0.9.8-15, my out going mail server stopped working. Also when I go to the server control on vestacp, and I try to individually restart any of listed mini servers like httpd/mysqld/exim/named/dovecot servers...they all dissappear from the list of servers, I will then have to restart my vesta server allover again for them to show up on the list. Can any one tell me how to select which version of vestacp I would like to install?

Is not possible.

Try to check your log files and find out what the problem is.

solitary, some reason must be, as correctly noticed tjebbeke, it is in the logs.
I have a few different servers too and the upgrade VestaCP version was successful.
