(PHP, Node & Python) web server with Vest CP

Hi!
I successfully installed a web server using Vesta CP, The use case is described in this topic:

The server works great on the local network (Accessing the server from internet still requires some ports forwarding).
I would like to know how to give users (students) the ability to host PHP, Node or Python projects.
Can I create multiple templates, each for a specific technology or multiple packages? Or I can provide one hosting environment where the user can configure which technology he want to run?
