Error after v-restore-user

running a v-restore-user the proccess gets interrupted with this error.

409 is an empty line at the bottom of /home/user/conf/web/apache2.conf
The backup is from another Vesta server

Is that file generated dynamically when restoring or is it copied from the tar file?
