Hi XoXiLhJ0mn,
Saying that it is all the fault of the Vesta team is wrong. Vesta install just the packages they get from your OS. So if you think that by default, PHP 5.6 or 7 needs to be installed, you need to say that to you OS distributor.
Ok, there are ways enough for Vesta cp to install a newer version of software they use. And maybe the team need to think about integrating it. But it's completely free, they spend hours, days, months to make awesome panel free.

Yes, Vesta cp installs PHP version 5.4, but it isn't a choice from Vesta. They just use the basic repository from the OS. It isn't only a PHP problem, but almost all packages aren't in the latest version.

@XoXiLhJ0mn I think that I'm to only one who has send any help to cybaster85 by telling wich repo or tool he can use. Sorry that I defend myself and the Vesta CP team. They spend a lot of free time to give the best they can.
Oh, congratulations on your experience and seniority! If you actually know the Vesta story and how it's built you are aware that it al depends on the default OS repo ;).
@cybaster85 have you successfully upgrade your PHP version?

Re: Centos 6.7 + NGINX + PHP-FPM upgrade php 5.6
Thanks for all the help for MR XoXiLhJ0mnand & MR tjebbeke
I have open a new issue to be more clear on the topic , we need php 5.6.22 for all production vestacp as 5.4.45 is EOL and more and more software stop support on it
https://bugs.vestacp.com/issues/262
Thanks for both your comment and provided method
I am considering a senior linux system administrator as well but when it come to nginx, i do not have confident to have couter measure on all the problem raised after upgrade (i am confident on apache based vestacp as it have all the source we need on google)
since Xox and tjebeke are also experienced system administrator, i do think we can contribute on this to make open source much more stronger (google will found our thread on this when we have the correct path for vestacp upgrade)
I will use a server to do a testing upgrade from the webtatic source given, please stay tune for the problem arised later ^_^
(as my schedule is quite pack, please allow me to update at due date on 1/7/2016)
I do think this will be more productive ^_^
