Additional FTP fields hidden

I installed today Vesta on a fresh Ubuntu 14 LTS and i cannot add FTP credentials for accounts. When i check the box, user+pass fields doesnt show up.

The VSFTP server is running. On Chrome > debug Console i see this JS error when i click "Additional FTP"

I have added a subdomain as WEB (site account) because i will host only a subdomain here.

Problem dissapeared after reinstalling Ubuntu.
